System Application
Each TechStone system follows a structured, specifier-approved process.
Surface Assessment
Substrate is inspected for moisture, pH and adhesion. Defects repaired prior to system application.
Primer & Base Coat
TechStone primer establishes bond. Base coat applied by roller or spray to create a uniform foundation.
Main Coat Application
System-specific main coat applied by spray, trowel, or roller. Pattern and texture developed per specification.
Refinement & Seal
Surface refined per TDS. Protective topcoat applied for durability, UV resistance and maintenance ease.
